Mr. Tonoude Romuald Thierry Hounkpatin, is Senior Business Support Officer (Project & Finance Officer) under the Accelerating Inclusive Green Growth through Agri-based Digital Innovation in West Africa (AGriDI) project and will be based in Cotonou, Benin. He holds a master’s degree in finance and Management control from the doctoral school of economics and management of the university of Abomey-Calavi (Benin). Prior to joining icipe he worked as a Budget specialist at Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) Benin Compact II for two years with financial oversight of all aspects of financial and budgetary management of projects and grantees. He has also worked as a Junior Internal Controller and Audit & Budget Officer at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH Benin for about five years with progressive responsibilities in internal control & audit of projects; administrative and financial management of projects; financial reporting; compliance with donor policies and procedures; etc.
