AgroCenta is an agricultural technology (Agritech) platform that connects smallholder farmers across multiple agricultural value chains to a larger online market, enabling them to trade, access transportation services, real-time market information via SMS and voice services, as well as some financial services, via their phones.
The objective of this project is to build a sustainable rural outreach and adoption model for AgroCenta services using farmers and extension agents to reach 20,000 users (adopters) in Ghana.
The project will establish long-term market connections and benefit target groups by raising their living standards and strengthening their local economies.
